Upon an electronic or written request by a parcel owner, Marbella III Condominium Association   will provide the parcel owner with a username (current email address) and password which will provide access to the protected sections of the Alliant Property Management Association website which contains the official documents of the association within 10 business days of receipt of request.  Requests may be submitted in writing. Although not mandatory, written requests should be sent via certified mail, signature requested.
